He married Bessie Leanah Jones. Bessie was born 1886. Bessie was the daughter of Emanuel Henry Jones and Sarah Ellen Brooks.

Odin Hutchison and Bessie Leanah Jones had the following children:

2 i. Joseph Oden² Hutchison was born 1921. He married Christine Popovich.

3 ii. Sarah Ellen Hutchison was born 1927. Sarah died 1927 at less than one year of age.

4 iii. Helen Brooks Hutchison was born 1929. She married Edward Alexis Smith. Edward was born 1914.
